About Us

Paula Mitchell, Licensed Community Association Manager, is Co-Owner of Mitchell Association Management Group.  Paula also holds the title of CMCA, a cornerstone designation earned through the Community Association Institute’s national certification program.  During her 25 years of Operations Management and Account Management experience, she has developed a strong belief in the importance of relationships and the true spirit of working with others as a team.  Her experience includes both interior and exterior facilities maintenance that include large multi-story commercial office buildings, retail office condominiums as well as residential villa and condominium buildings.  After several years with a local Sarasota association management company, she formed her own management company applying a true Team concept of delivering a high standard of association management service.

Mike Mitchell is a co-owner of Mitchell Association Management Group, LLC.  He spent the first 23 years of his professional career as a Chicago based Investment Advisor focused on financial risk management for individual and institutional clients. Upon relocating full time to Sarasota in 2002, his focus shifted to providing financial and litigation risk management solutions to Florida physicians and small business owners.  As a partner at Mitchell Association Management Group, he brings his professional financial experience along with his experience in real estate and the family construction business.
